Dana White shuts up

As obnoxious as UFC president Dana White is, I’ve always liked his video blogs (except for the one where he tore Sherdog writer Loretta Hunt a new asshole just for doing her job; that was some of the worst bile ever spewed). They were candid, funny, and provided a rare glimpse behind the scenes. Now, White says he won’t be doing the vlogs any more and the entire back-catalogue of video blogs on the UFC’s Youtube channel has been removed.

While no reason has been give, the speculation is that it’s because the UFC is working on a behind-the-scenes show with HBO, with a working title of Outside the Octagon, that might be too much of a crossover with the vlogs.
