Spider’s wrecked web

silva-happy

Wow, Anderson Silva really doesn’t want to a rematch with either Dan Henderson or Nate Marquardt. So much so in fact that the UFC middleweight champ is going to undergo elbow surgery that will sideline him until 2010.

There’s no word on the exact nature of the injury or how it happened. Might’ve been that one punch he used to knock out Forrest Griffin at UFC 101. Maybe he’s been playing a lot of tennis.

Regardless, now either Henderson will be forced to fight Marquardt, or he’ll move up to 205 pounds and Marquardt can fight the unjustly unsung Yushin Okami.
