Andrei Arlovski takes us inside Greg Jackson’s camp

I couldn’t care less that Andrei Arlovski is spending a couple of weeks in Albuquerque training with Greg Jackson. I mean, good for him but so what? The reason I’m posting this is because it’s a glimpse inside Jackson’s gym and a chance to see a bit of him at work. I admit I’m very curious about how he does what he does. What is it that makes him one of the best MMA trainers in the game? Wish I could say this video does anything to answer my questions but it doesn’t. I do like when he says “If you can’t see it, it can’t hurt you.” Funny stuff.
