Video: TUF 8’s Phillipe Nover drains his cauliflower ear
It’s pretty common for fighters to drain the fluid from their own or each other’s cauliflower ears. I’ve never needed it to be done but I think I’d want to put some ice on the ear first to numb it followed by a couple of shots of tequila.
