Strikeforce announces Jacare and King Mo’s debuts for December 19

Ronaldo “Jacare” Souza and Muhammed “King Mo” Lawal wil make their Strikeforce debuts at December 19’s Strikeforce: Evolution card. Jacare will face fellow middleweight Matt Lindland while King Mo’s opponent is TBA.

ADCC and BJJ Worlds champion Jacare is coming off a pair of DREAM bouts, including a loss to Strikeforce light heavyweight champ Gegard Mousasi and a no contest with Strikeforce middleweight contender Jason “Mayhem” Miller. Olympic wrestling gold medalist Lindland, meanwhile, returns to the cage for the first time since a brutal 37-second knockout loss to Vitor Belfort in January at Affliction: Day of Reckoning. And Lawal, a former NCAA Division I All-American wrestler, is coming off a win over Mark Kerr for World Victory Road and M-1 Global.
