Rich Franklin vs. Keith Jardine rumoured for UFC 110
Rich Franklin is in Toronto next weekend to do a seminar at Revolution MMA so I’ll try to pin him down and confirm this rumour that he’ll face Keith Jardine at UFC 110 in February in Sydney, Australia. Franklin is coming off a TKO loss to Vitor Belfort at UFC 103, which was a catchweight bout at 195 pounds. Although there’s no reason to think this fight won’t be at 205, as I can’t see any reason for Jardine to want to drop down. Jardine is on a two-fight losing skid that includes a loss to Thiago Silva at UFC 102.
Also expected at UFC 110 are Wanderlei Silva vs. Yoshihiro Akiyama, Nate Marquardt vs. Chael Sonnen, Mirko “Cro Cop” Filipovic vs. Ben Rothwell and Stephan Bonnar vs. Krzysztof Soszynski.
