TUF 10 Finale thought 4: Roy Nelson is a Fat Bastard

Kudos to Roy Nelson. Not for knocking out Brendan Schaub. No, I just appreciate that Nelson has embraced his Kung Fu Panda hillbilly trucker image. First, there was his entrance music, the Weird Al Yankovic “Bad” parody “Fat,” the belly rub atop the cage as he celebrated his victory (shades of Fat Bastard and a pregnant Demi Moore on the cover of Vanity Fair), and his desire for a cheeseburger. He’s the likable heel that Brock Lesnar wishes he was. And Nelson was smart enough not to threaten to climb on top of his wife.
