Video: Herschel Walker makes some noise prepping for his MMA debut

Here’s NFL legend Herschel Walker prepping for his Strikeforce MMA debut in January. Don’t be fooled by the thwack of the punches and kicks. They sound dangerous – and it’s certainly a satisfying sound if you’re the one throwing them – but it means nothing. His punches are all arm and shoulder and his kicks are, well, surprisingly bad for a tae kwon do black belt. Walker taking up MMA is like Randy Couture deciding to try out for the Dallas Cowboys.
