Karo Parisyan joins Paul Daley in the land down under

Yesterday, exiled UFC fighter Paul Daley alluded to fighting on a card in Australia this summer. Today, exiled UFC fighter Karo Parisyan says he’s headed to Australia, too, and will appear on the Impact FC event (it’s not clear whether this is the same event Daley referred to). The announcement comes after Parisyan failed to come to terms with Strikeforce. Parisyan, you’ll recall, has had problems with prescription painkillers and severe anxiety and was shown the door by UFC president Dana White after he backed out of UFC 106 at the eleventh hour. Suddenly, Australia is living up to its reputation/history as a penal colony.
