I was always under the impression that Fedor Emelianenko lives a bit of a monk’s life in the wilderness of Russia and trains like Rocky from Rocky IV, chopping wood and running in hip-deep snow. Turns out Fedor is more like Ivan Drago, as this video of his gym, the subtly named Palace of Sport, in his hometown of Stary Oskol, Russia, shows.
